Securing your child’s spot is simple! To help us get everything ready for their first day, please gather the following enrollment documents:

Completed Enrollment Packet: This packet provides us with essential information about your child and is linked below for your convenience.
Proof of Age: A birth certificate or similar document verifies your child’s age.
Immunization Records: Up-to-date vaccination records are necessary for enrollment.
Once you have all the documents ready, you can submit them to our front office in person or emailed to director@lil-leopards.com. Our team is always available to assist with any questions you may have during this process. We look forward to welcoming your family to the Lil Leopards community!
